Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking enables anyone with an online banking account to access their account information from a mobile device.  Mobile Banking offers three ways to access your account(s):


Text Messaging Mobile Banking
Send a text message using your mobile phone.  To use this service, your mobile phone must  send and receive text messages to and from a short code (that identifies First Minnetonka City Bank).  Please note that some mobile service carriers charge for outgoing text messages or for each message sent and received.

Mobile Browser

Use a mobile browser on your mobile phone.  Your mobile phone must have an Internet browser and may require a data service plan.

Downloadable Touch Banking App

Download an application to your mobile phone.  Your mobile phone must have an operating system that supports application downloads and may require a data service plan.

Major Goals

1. Reduce discrimination in housing by doubling the Title VIII case load by the end of 2000 through aggressive enforcement of civil rights and fair housing laws;

2. Promote geographic mobility for low-income and minority households;

3. Integrate fair housing plans into HUD's Consolidated Plans;

4. Further fair housing in other relevant programs of the Federal government; and

5. Promote substantial equivalency among state, local and community organizations involved in providing housing.
