At First Minnetonka, your banking isn't limited by our standard hours of operation.* With our TeleBank services, you can use a touch-tone phone any time of day to perform a wide variety of functions such as reviewing recent transactions, transferring funds and making payments, on your checking, savings, CD and loan accounts. A helpful, automated TeleBank operator guides you through the entire process.
How to Use Telebank
- Before you call, have your account number ready. You will also be asked to enter your personal identification number (PIN). For your safety, please change your PIN to a new four digit number that only you will know: have that number ready when you call. Call us if you have any problems.
- Call 952-932-9690 from any touch-tone phone.
- Listen to the welcome message and follow the simple instructions. To make your selection, simply press the corresponding number on your telephone.
- If you wish to speak to a customer service representative, press "0" during business hours.
