Our Telebanking Services

At First Minnetonka, your banking isn't limited by our standard hours of operation.* With our TeleBank services, you can use a touch-tone phone any time of day to perform a wide variety of functions such as reviewing recent transactions, transferring funds and making payments, on your checking, savings, CD and loan accounts. A helpful, automated TeleBank operator guides you through the entire process.

How to Use Telebank

  1. Before you call, have your account number ready. You will also be asked to enter your personal identification number (PIN). For your safety, please change your PIN to a new four digit number that only you will know: have that number ready when you call. Call us if you have any problems.
  2. Call 952-932-9690 from any touch-tone phone.
  3. Listen to the welcome message and follow the simple instructions. To make your selection, simply press the corresponding number on your telephone.
  4. If you wish to speak to a customer service representative, press "0" during business hours.

Our Automated TeleBank operator will guide you through the following options:

#1 Checking information

Enter your checking account number, then push "#". In the following menus the last option in each menu is the 9 key on your key pad.

    3. All transactions posted to your account
    4. To receive a fax of your account statement
    5. Pending transactions that will post as of the current business day
    6. To see if a specific check has cleared
    9. Return to the checking menu

3. Transfer Funds

    1. From checking to checking
    2. From checking to savings
    3. From savings to checking
    5. From Ready Reserve to checking
    6. Loan to checking advance
    9. Return to previous menu

4. To make a payment

* TeleBank transactions made after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and those made Saturday and Sunday or on a federal holiday will take effect the next business day.
