CFP® Tam Hubert has more than 20 years of industry expertise and is experienced in helping individuals and businesses build an investment portfolio to achieve their financial goals. Tam’s knowledge about stocks, bonds, and professional money managers is helpful as you decide which asset allocation makes sense for your situation.
Tam applies a personalized approach and works one-on-one with clients to identify and understand their unique financial timelines, risk tolerance, and goals. Based on the outcome of this meeting, she develops a customized plan incorporating an appropriate mix of products and services. Once the plan is in place, Tam meets with clients regularly to evaluate your portfolio's performance and make adjustments as necessary.
Tam has worked with First Minnetonka Investment Center, for more than 10 years. In addition, Tam is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She holds series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses from the Financial Industry National Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and a Minnesota insurance license.

Major Goals
1. Reduce discrimination in housing by doubling the Title VIII case load by the end of 2000 through aggressive enforcement of civil rights and fair housing laws;
2. Promote geographic mobility for low-income and minority households;
3. Integrate fair housing plans into HUD's Consolidated Plans;
4. Further fair housing in other relevant programs of the Federal government; and
5. Promote substantial equivalency among state, local and community organizations involved in providing housing.
